Welcome to the office of Atlanta Bone and Joint Specialists.  This is a page dedicated to helping you get ready for your appointment!  We will provide a checklist of things to bring with you as well as what to expect when you arrive!

Your time is valuable

While we try our best to stay on time, patient complexity can make visits get delayed.  Typically, wait times are around 10-20 minutes but can be up to 1 to 2 hours.  We kindly ask that you remain patient and always feel free to ask for a time estimate if you want.  While we strive to be as punctual as possible.  Our doctors want to emphasize that every patient requires a different amount of time and it is not predictable when increased time may be needed.  While we don't wish to publish this, we would like to be as transparent as possible in helping patients understand why they may be waiting

What to Bring

State License and/or Passport
Insurance Card
Demographics Form (found online)
History and Physical Intake Form (found online)
Prior X-Rays or MRI (On CD) if you have any
Prior Surgical Reports (printed) if you have any
If Workers Compensation- Adjuster information and case #
