E-Visits- Telemedicine

Due to the increase in demand for telemedicine during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Atlanta Bone and Joint will be launching our E-Visit online scheduling  page.

What is an e-visit?

As e-visit, also known as telemedicine, is where you are able to connect with your medical doctor, or in our case, orthopedic surgeon, to discuss your plan of care.  During e-visits, you may ask questions about your condition.  With patients who do not need to be seen for followup, the e-visit, constitutes a safe way to  interact and talk to your physician during times where you are unable to make it to the office.

Which doctors are available for e-visits?

All of the doctors at Atlanta Bone and Joint will be available to perform e-visits.

How does it work?

E-visits will be scheduled through our online scheduling portal.  You will need to download the SKYPE application on your phone and/or computer.  Please download on your phone via the Google App Store or the Apple Store or click here to download for your computer: www.skype.com/en/get-skype/
