Non-contrast extremity MRI studies are $400, and non-contrast cervical, thoracic, or lumbar spine MRI studies are $450. An additional $75 MRI read fee applies.

Extremity MRI
Includes common orthopedic areas such as shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, hip, knee, ankle, or foot.
Spine MRI
Applies to non-contrast MRI studies of the neck, mid back, or low back.
MRI Read Fee
There is an additional $75 MRI read fee for interpretation of the study.
